Red Violet pearl watercolor

The Coliro Red Violet color has a burgundy hue and a metallic sheen. The color is great for pen and brush calligraphy, lettering and anywhere you want to add shine. The color is opaque and stands out on both light and dark paper.

Coliro Pearl Color colors are popular for their beautiful shades and especially for the shine! They are excellent colors for writing with a pen, they practically do not flake and do not burn even on lower quality paper. Simply apply them to the pen with a brush. They provide beautifully raised strong lines and thin hairlines. Just be careful when writing on structured paper: thin lines can get lost here, so I recommend using a more fluid color, or choosing a nib with a less sharp point such as Hunt 22 , Gillott 404 , Nikko G , Tachikawa G or Brause 361 . These metallic and pearl colors will also be very effective for brush lettering.
